With over 20 years of experience, Hili’s practice focuses on representing companies in technology transactions, including patent licensing, joint ventures, development, manufacturing, and distribution agreements.
Her work includes negotiating terms, drafting agreements, and counseling companies and academic institutions regarding licensing and technology transactions. In addition, Hili handles corporate and commercial transactions, such as fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.
Hili has been involved and led securing legal engagements in a huge range of industries including agrotech, clean energy, satellite technology, fintech, cybersecurity, medical trials as well as conventional manufacturing, production, and distribution.
Hili’s clients range from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. She represents global corporations, as well as startups, mid-size companies and technology transfer spin-off companies of academic institutions of international caliber.
