Guy Yonay is a Partner in the Patent Litigation and Post-Grant Proceedings Group and in the Copyright, Design and Trademark Litigation Group. Guy is also a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Group, and works out of Pearl Cohen’s New York and Tel Aviv offices. Guy focuses his practice on patent litigation and adversarial proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (inter partes reviews and reexaminations). With nearly 20 years of experience, Guy represents clients in various high-tech industries, including: software, computer hardware, telecommunications, electronics, and imaging and display systems. Guy has diverse experience as a litigator, and has prosecuted and defended numerous intellectual property disputes, including patent and trademark infringement, as well as business torts such as unfair competition and defamation.
