Gali Friedhof is a Partner in the Infrastructure and Project Finance Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Gali’s practice focuses on infrastructure projects (PPP, BOT, PFI projects etc.), in a broad area of sectors including inter-alia, transportation, energy, tunnels, setting up of production plants and construction of large scale residential projects.
Gali holds unique knowledge and expertise in providing legal support for both systems and civil engineering contractors during the stages of planning, construction, installation, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance, as well as in preparing in advance the strategies and foundation for future disputes.
For over a decade, Gali represented international and Israeli contractors in arbitration and court proceedings against customers, subcontractors, workers and other third parties outside the consortiums of contractors, and handled claims for extension of time (EOT), disruption, thickening of resources, modifications and variation orders.
In addition, Gali gained significant experience in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, specializing on representing international corporations in legal proceedings regarding real estate, class actions, aviation, taxation, private equity etc.
