Marketing Specialist – U.S.

The Marketing Specialist will work under the direction of the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer to execute marketing and business development plans and initiatives for the U.S Offices. The Specialist will work closely with and support the lawyers as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the firm’s CMO to become familiar with the firm’s practices, clients, and markets
  • Prepare customized pitches, brochures, responses to RFPs, and other client-facing marketing collateral, and track/measure all relevant activity
  • Work with the firm’s CMO to develop annual budgets
  • Coordinate all office client events including seminars, conferences, webinars, collaborative, networking, and special events
  • Pitch attorney content to outside publications such as Law360
  • Identify speaking, writing, sponsorship, and other thought leadership opportunities to highlight the firm’s expertise
  • Compile information and draft submissions for directory and ranking publications
  • Create and maintain practice-specific marketing collateral
  • Conduct and analyze client, industry, and market research
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on developing and sharing firm-wide client development protocols, procedures, and best practices
  • Maintain regular content on the firm’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Twitter


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with the startup and innovation ecosystems
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a professional services firm/legal marketing is an advantage
  • Ability to lead and complete simultaneous projects independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, staff, and peers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytic and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Canva and WordPress is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work collaboratively as a member of a team with a positive attitude
  • High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow through
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule according to workload demands, and evolve with position as required
